Stephanie Butler

Stephanie is a founding partner of The Butler/Swayne Team, along with her sister, Lisa Swayne. With a background in hospitality, Stephanie is the guru of customer service. She encourages everyone on the team to take their commitment to client service to the next level with every interaction. She believes it really is a privilege to be invited into the intimate (and sometimes stressful) process of buying and selling a home.

Stephanie’s background prior to launching her real estate career provides a wealth of experience that has allowed her to blend her sales skills into a million dollar business. After working for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Atlanta, then AT&T during the 1996 Olympics, she created specialized corporate events for clients such as The Coca-Cola Company, MetLife, Georgia-Pacific, Southern Company, and Pfizer at Production Group International.

Stephanie resides in Milton with her husband and three children, where she is extensively involved in the Milton community and her children’s school. She is a graduate of Georgia State University's College of Business Administration.


Lisa Swayne

Lisa is a founding partner of The Butler/Swayne Team along with her sister, Stephanie Butler. A force of energy, Lisa is smart, savvy and a tough negotiator. She does not hesitate to leverage the wealth of knowledge she has gleaned through years of business experience. With an eye for design, as well as knowing what sells in the market, she helps clients present their property in the most appealing way.

Prior to beginning her real estate career in 2003, Lisa was a successful product manager for the Atlanta-based company, ADAM. ADAM is a leading provider of internet based health products, where she managed some of ADAM’s most successful products. Coordinating between software engineers, artists, writers and business teams prepared her well for the challenges of real estate and the many facilitation roles required.

Lisa resides in Milton with her husband and three children. She works closely with several local non-profits, including Habitat for Humanity.


Laura Falk

Laura’s high energy and thoughtful nature provides her the ability to work with a wide range of individuals and families. She immediately establishes credibility and rapport, as she helps people navigate through the processing of buying and selling real estate.

Laura is a second generation Realtor who brings to the team a background rich in sales, corporate level management, and creative design. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties in 2009, Laura owned a freelance floral design business. Before having her own business, Laura worked corporately for Ralph Lauren for nine years, in a capacity that included management, creative design and sales. Her extensive experience with Ralph Lauren provides her with an ability to bring her clients the highest level of service.

Laura lives in Crabapple with her husband and two children. She is actively involved in the Crabapple community, as well as her children’s schools and athletics. She is a graduate of Florida State University.


Gianna Whisler-Amneteg

With a flair for the creative, Gianna leverages an innovative approach to both sales/marketing and design, providing what she likes to call a “distinctive approach to home” for each of her clients.  Her keen eye lets her uncover opportunities that others often miss. 

Gianna’s more than 11 years of success as a real estate agent have been garnered through an ability to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the housing market and emerging trends during the highs, the lows and everything in between.  Additionally, her experience working in the wholesale lending industry contributes to her nimble approach. 

Like many others, Gianna is transplant to the Milton area and considers herself a southern belle in training.  When not sourcing just the right home for her clients, you can find her preparing gourmet meals and pairing the perfect wine with her epicurean delights.  She lives with her husband, son, their two dogs and enjoys donating time at the local Hospice organization and her son’s school. 


Kelly Finley

Using a balance of integrity, creativity and professional knowledge, Kelly is driven to bring her client’s goals and dreams to reality. Finding solutions and creating cooperative relationships puts her client’s minds at rest.

Kelly’s 13-plus years of property management in both the residential and luxury vacation markets honed her conflict resolution and negotiation skills. This experience has been the perfect springboard to selling residential real estate. Previously, Kelly worked at top level golf clubs and brought innovative instructional golf products to the market after playing golf professionally.

Kelly resides in the Crabapple community of Alpharetta/Milton with her husband and three children. Kelly earned a Masters Degree of Education from the University of Florida while competing on the golf team. In her free time, she volunteers with her kids sports, at school and church, serves on her neighborhood homeowner’s association board, and plays tennis.
